Vrudhiprash is particularly beneficial for the prevention of a number of health disorders due to its immunomodulatory and rejuvenating characteristics. It can be used to enhance immunity, cure breathing or lung difficulties, help digestion, improve heart function, and improve memory and brain function.
Vrudhiprash is an Elixir of life. The preparation is produced using variety of components. Fresh Indian Gooseberry (Indian Amla) is the key component along with Ghee, Sesame Oil, Honey and 40 plus additional spices.
It is a potent formulation that is safe for adults, children (2+ years) and Elderly.

Misri, or sugar, is said to be ahladyakar, or “the one that brings pleasure and peace”. Therefore, misri serves multiple purposes in classical Vrudhiprash preparation.
First, it gives instant energy to the body.
It helps to activate the satiety centres in the brain and brings a sense of security and happiness.
Sugar also acts as a natural preservative.
When combined with fats, such as ghee, sugar may form sucrose esters of fatty acids. These chemicals are a type of natural emulsifier.
In addition to emulsification, sugar esters can also have several other benefits. They help to protect the proteins and prevent protein denaturing over a long period of time.
Sugar esters also introduce air into the composition and prevent a rancid taste to Vrudhiprash.
Honey is the best remedy for all kapha-related disorders like congestion, respiratory disorders like asthma, breathing problems, heaviness, indigestion, etc.
Besides, honey is a yogavahi and enhances the bioavailability of herbal nutrition in Vrudhiprash .
Ghee, or clarified cow’s butter is regarded as equivalent to amrit (elixir). Ghee has tremendous anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and tissue rejuvenating properties. Ghee has the potential to combat the effects of all toxins, venoms, and poisons. Also, it is a tridosha nashak (balances all three doshas). No wonder, a comprehensive health-preserving preparation must have ghee as an essential ingredient.
Besides, ghee also acts as a preservative and protects the herbal mixture from microbes. It also ensures better absorption of nutrients in Vrudhiprash.
It is recommended to take Vrudhiprash in empty stomach in the morning for best results.
We recommend not to drink milk after consuming Vrudhiprash.
Few Vaidya recommend consuming milk after Vrudhiprash. However, we do not recommend to avoid irritation in stomach caused with the blend of vitamin c rich amla and milk.
We recommend starting Vrudhiprash in winters and continuing through the year on a need basis.
We recommend consuming Vrudhiprash few days a week and everyday on need basis for a few days.
We recommend starting on Vrudhiprash as soon as the monsoon starts and continue till winter ends. We usually do not recommend consumption in summers. However, if there is a need for any chronic conditions, it can be consumed and the dosage to be adjusted accordingly or as per instructions from a Vaidya.
Sesame oil is the best of all oils. It is warm and provides intense nourishment to the body. Besides, sesame oil helps balance all three doshas in the body. This is why an anti-aging preparation like Vrudhiprash must contain sesame oil.
Milk is a yogavahi. The word “yogavahi” means a substance that dissolves nutrition in another substance and effectively transports it all over the body.
Few Vaidya recommend consumption of milk after consuming Vrudhiprash. However, we do not recommend milk consumption after consuming Vrudhiprash
Mind
Ingredients like Brahmi, Tulsi, and Ashwagandha help to relieve stress and calm the mind naturally. The herbs in Vrudhiprash also help to strengthen the nerves and enhance memory and concentration.
Body
The complex herbal combination of Vrudhiprash not only brings excellent levels of immunity and disease resistance, but also helps in reversing ageing through rapid tissue rejuvenation.
Vrudhiprash contains honey and candy sugar as one of the ingredients. It is upto one if they wish to consume.
The preparation contains natural preservatives like honey and candy sugar. We have not added any kind of artificial preservatives. We recommend taking care to protect it from moisture and avoiding wet spoons and complete the jar with in few months.
Vrudhiprash contains Sugar Candy and Honey as one of the ingredients. We have a few users who are diabetic and consume Vrudhiprash on recommendation from their Vaidya. We recommend taking recommendation from a Vaidya in this regard.
