Ita hard for my husband to like anything ‘healthy’ especially Millets . Every time I make BBB, my husband shouts at me - saying these are watery/ not good/ its millets- you name it - that complaint is there. I pay deaf ear. I have read that millets need to be soaked before using. Can we use this mix without soaking?

Since millets are rich in fibre, they will need soaking. We recommend soaking the mix for 30 minutes to an hour if you have time. When you do not have time, you can cook a delicious meal instantly without soaking, and we recommend using more water to cook in a specific ratio. The cooked Bisibelebath thickens after a while as it absorbs water well. You can have it instantly or allow it to rest for some time and relish the meal.

Can it be refrigerated for a longer shelf life?

We do not add any kind of preservative to our products. We recommend refrigeration for a longer shelf life. We have a few users who live outside India who buy these packs in bulk and use them for a few months.

Do I need to add salt or sweetener or anything else?

We have curated the product considering the taste pallete that will be liked by most. We are aware that a few like it more tangy and a few more spicy. If you like more tanginess or spice, you can add a little more chilli powder, tamarind, or salt at the end, as per your liking, to enjoy your meal.

Are you sure I do not need to add anything else, including seasoning?

We have taken care of everything for you. It is truly a ready-to-cook pack. We have added seasoning made with A2 ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and unpolished cashews.

I travel a lot. Can I carry a few packs with me?

Of course! This is a travel-friendly pack and easy to cook. It just needs a pressure cooker or instant pot.
