We offer a full refund or replacement on items only if they are incorrectly supplied or damaged. The product has to be returned to us within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of goods. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us on receipt of the returned goods provided they are in their original packaging, have not been opened or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
