My 3rd batch of Ragi sari ladoo’s
This has become a constant snack in our house nowadays. When there is only a few left, kids start reminding me to make the next batch. They call it as chocolate ladoo’s. This time I made a twist of adding few drops of pure vanilla essence and it blended so well with the other ingredients.
Smt. Malathi PremVrudhi's Ragi Sari has become a must have in my baby foods list for my toddler daughter. I enjoy having the leftover too! Thanks to Ragi Sari packet in my fridge, I feel relieved that I am armed with the most nutritious and tasty food supply for my daughter at all times. I travel with it and order the next pack before the previous one is over. Best part is, it is easy to cook and takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes. This is great because I am usually very busy and my daughter can be very tricky to handle when she gets hungry. I have often cooked it with my lo in one arm!
Mrs. Silky AgarwalMe , my mother and my toddler ( biggest fan of Vrudhi) have been a super loyal costumers of Vrudhi . We started by trying 250 gms of ragi sari to test . From there we have never stopped buying from them for past 5 months .

We are a brand that believes in providing products made entirely of natural ingredients that are free of chemical preservatives. When exposed to the environment and moisture, all natural products become infested with fungus. In addition, we use ingredients that have not been sprayed with chemical insecticides. As a result, we recommend that the pack be refrigerated to extend its shelf life.
In many parts of India, ragi is consumed all year. Ragi is Ushna in Ayurveda (hot potency). The tathva is balanced by our one-of-a-kind blend.
Many factors influence shelf life, including climatic conditions and moisture exposure. During the winter, the pack may last longer than during the monsoon. When refrigerated, we recommend a shelf life of three months. However, we have many families who want to buy in bulk and refrigerate it when they live outside of India. We encourage more frequent purchases with in India.
Yes, Ragi is one of the few foods that can cause constipation. Vrudhi Ragi Sari pack, on the other hand, is made with sprouted ragi and a unique combination of ingredients that make it easily digestible, maximise nutrition absorption, and aid in easy bowel movements. We have many babies who have grown up on Vrudhi Ragi Sari with just one meal a day because Ragi Sari and babies look forward to every meal.
Ragi Sari Porridge is a great way to start the day for babies and the elderly. It can be served as a malt in the evenings and as porridge at night for a restful sleep.
All of the ingredients are roasted, and the mixture can be used raw in a variety of dishes such as ladoo, sprinkled on salads, or mixed in buttermilkmilk as a mid-morning shake. To aid digestion, we recommend cooking the mix in water or milk for babies.
Dry fruits such as almonds and walnuts are used in Vrudhi Ragi Sari. Some people are allergic to nuts, so it’s best to try the mix as your first meal of the day and watch for any allergy symptoms.

No, the mix contains no sweetener such as jaggery or sugar. However, one of the ingredients in the mix is dried dates, which give it a light natural sweetness.
Mohana Priya –
I used to buy the health mix from a different source previously. Then when I got to know to about Vrudhi, I wanted to try their Ragi Sari to see how my kids like it. My younger child who has very great taste buds, identified that this was not her regular porridge. To my surprise she asked for second servings which she never did. She said that it tastes different than the other one and it tastes really good. The ingredients are natural and pure, the taste is wonderful and it is very soothing and filling. Our personal favorite is to add a dash of cardamom powder and little jaggery before serving. Tastes yumm.
