Lymph nodes are a part of the the immune system – Lymphatic system. The Bendonite clay pulls out toxins from the lymph nodes in the area and thus aiding in detoxification.
It depends on the usage. We recommend not sharing with others considering hygeine and refrain from keeping it unused for longer periods as there are no artifical preservatives used to extend the shelf life.
Clean and dry the area before application. Rub the deodrant on the area. Avoid sharing the stick with others.
